At the time of delivery ownership & risk of damage to the goods are passed onto the receiver. Please note that all our orders are held by our preferred couriers (DPD for EU and FedEx/ DHL or Local Post for other territories). Once the order is passed to the courier, Aireofficialstore.com is no longer responsible for the delivery process. Any shipping delays, customs issues entering or exiting countries, fees that may apply during the shipping process,Aireofficialstore.com will not and cannot be held responsible. A signature is required upon delivery at which point the responsibility for your goods is passed to you. We advise checking to ensure your package is intact and unharmed when received. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them is proof of delivery and fulfillment by Aireofficialstore.com and the transfer of responsibility has occurred in the same way.
